150 ft Grain Conveyor

We performed a stress analysis on this 150-foot-long grain conveyor using FEA software. It also has a 70-foot conveyor section attached to it, all of which is being supported approximately 80 feet off the ground.

The customer came to us with a preliminary design for an elevated conveyor system to move grain on a farm in Ephrata, PA.

We worked with our client to analyze the design for the intended loads and reinforce high-stress areas for strength and safety.
