Meet Our Leadership Team
Brandon Kline, P.E.
Owner and Principal Engineer
Brandon is an alumnus of Penn State University, where he graduated in 2004 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Engineering Mechanics. He’s been a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania since 2011 and holds licenses in over a dozen additional states, including Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C. He brings over 20 years of professional experience in mechanical and structural engineering design and analysis.
Jake Wingate
Lead Engineer
Jake graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and brings over 9 years of experience to the team.
Rick Houck, P.E.
Lead Analyst
Rick has more than 10 years of experience in the engineering field. He has managed a wide range of projects as both an engineering lead and project manager. He completed his MBA in 2017 and is currently licensed as a P.E. in PA, MD, VA, WV, and DC.
Ian Wingate
Project Engineer
A graduate of Penn State University, Ian has over 10 years of experience and a wide range of knowledge in design and project management.
Alexa Hargenrader
Marketing Manager
Alexa is a two-time Shippensburg University graduate, where she earned a BA in English and a Master of Science in Strategic Communications. She has almost 10 years of experience in the digital marketing field and specializes in content creation, social media, and paid/organic marketing strategies.
